CATERING VAN – Jiffy Truck – Snack Van (owners or people in the know)?
Hi, first off i’m talking about thease type of vans,
and NOT the ones that park up at the same spot each day

My question is, I’m thinking about buying one of thease and going around selling food “everywhere”
I know i would have to register as self employed
and get the right insurance
but do i have to ask the council where i can go?
does anyone have “rights” over diffrent area’s
do i need any qualifications?
does the van need inspected?
basically, could someone tell me step by step what i would need to do to start tradeing with one of thease vans????
also, for them who work on them, whats the job like?

hi how r u. i have a jiffy truck that i am selling.i have being working it the last year around factories and fairs and didn’t need permission from anybody.but the van has being passed by H.S.A.if u r interested in buying my one its on donedeal.ie under jiffy truck.thank you
